Thank you for choosing www.borderlessboard.com! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase of borderless magnetic whiteboard stickers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, here is our return and exchange policy.
Return Policy
●Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you received the product to request a return. Return requests must be made within this period.
●Conditions: The returned product must be in its original condition, unused and with the original packaging and tags. We reserve the right to refuse products that do not meet the return conditions.
●Application Process:
○Please contact us by email at finewing@borderlessboard.com to explain the reason for the return, provide the order number and related information.
○We will confirm your request and provide a return address.
●Return Shipping Cost: If the return is not caused by product quality issues, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
Exchange Policy
●Exchange Period: You can request an exchange within 30 days after receiving the product.
●Conditions: The exchanged product must be in new condition, unused and with original packaging and tags.
●Application process:
○Please contact us by email at finewing@borderlessboard.com, stating the product you wish to exchange and the reason, and provide the order number and relevant information.
○We will process your request and inform you of the exchange process.
●Exchange shipping:
○If the exchange is due to product quality issues, we will bear the exchange shipping costs.
○If the exchange is due to personal reasons of the customer, the exchange shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Refund processing
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be refunded through the original payment method.
Notes
●Due to the personalized nature of the product, some products may not be returnable or exchangeable. Please carefully read the product description and details before purchasing.
●If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product and we will assist in handling it.
